A few of our users get a Java Script error when running the Universal Prompt despite having the Duo Security API in the trusted sites list. Deleting their IE Personal Settings fixes the issue. Any reason why those personal settings would be disrupting the Duo Universal Prompt like that?
Did you note the contents of the script error? Do you know what was in their IE personal settings? Perhaps there was some correlation between the two?
unfortunately that data wasn’t collected in advance as the user didnt have time for us to troubleshoot.
