Issue with Guacamole and NGINX

Hello everyone,

I’m having a weird issue while using Duo with Guacamole and NGINX. Currently, I am able to log in with no issue using my local address: http://10.10.10.6:8080/guacamole

, however, whenever I try to use my domain https://remote.example.com I get the following error message:

If I press continue, I get the following error:

Does anyone have any idea as to what may be going on?

Hi @officialJCReyes and @nug - I recommend contacting Duo Support for assistance with troubleshooting this issue. I’m not familiar with Guacamole or NGINX myself, and I’m not finding a lot of resources I could use to help you with this. Our support folks will definitely be better suited to help!
