I did not get push notification on my new phone

Hi,

I just recently bought a new Android phone.
I deleted Duo app on my old phone and installed it on my new phone.
I used my new phone to scan the QR code, when I logged into my Duo Dashboard.
But I could not get any push notification when I one to log into my PC.
What could be the reason?

Hi @liukuohao!

Did you reactivate Duo Mobile for your end-user account to solve the problem? The Duo admin and Duo end-user accounts are distinct accounts in Duo Mobile, so they need to be activated for Duo Push separately.
