I changed my email now I can not log into DUO, It will not accept my phone number.

Sorry to hear you’re having problems @peedibbles ! It would help to know what you can’t log in to anymore, where you changed your email, or where you are trying to enter a phone number.

I had to get a new email. I changed it. After several days things were working ok. No I tried to log on and it went back to my old email and won’t let me log on.

Where are you trying to log in? Are you logging in to the Duo Admin Panel or into another application?

Where exactly did you change your email? Was it in the Duo Admin Panel or in another application?
