How to set up duo mobile on Instagram

I would like to know how do you link Duo Mobile to your Instagram , the problem is the process is a little different compared to the last time . I would really like a tutorial on how to set it up step by step . If I generate a Password for duo mobile what does it mean ? Is it different compared to Instagram . A new version of the tutorial would be much appreciated
