I have a Surface Pro 8 with DUO installed. After installing DUO the facial recognition on the Surface no longer works. I can only log in with the DUO push to my phone. Does DUO not work with the facial recognition on my Surface?
Hi @bluescorpion, welcome to the Duo Community! Thanks for sharing your question with us. At this time, Duo does not currently support Windows Hello outside of Duo Passwordless. Please see the help article linked previously for more details.
