Facial Recognition In Windows 10

Installed the DUO client to protect the PC and windows 10 facial recognition does not work anymore even though it is setup and say its turned on. What are my options to fix this?

Hi @twillett58, and welcome to the Duo Community! Duo does not currently support Windows Hello at this time. However, it seems like your issue might not be related directly to Duo, so I’d encourage you to also check out this answer on Microsoft’s community about possible resolutions for Windows Hello facial recognition not working on Windows 10.
