Facebook code problem

hello i was using duo app but unfortunately i reset my phone and i am log out from facebook and duo app now i tried to log in but facebook require for code which i do not have acces i submit my form to facebook but still its been 3 days they did’t respond , can any one pleae help me …neither i have third party accounts

I’m sorry to hear that you lost access to your Facebook account! Contacting Facebook was the right move, as they can help you regain access. Getting a reply from them may take some time though.

Do you have your Facebook recovery codes? You can regain access to your account by simply entering one of your recovery codes in place of the 2FA passcodes when logging in.

Otherwise, you’ll have to wait for Facebook to reply I’m afraid.
