Enrolling the same device/phone number for work & home?

I use Duo for work and my Phone number is enrolled in two different Duo tenants with them. I thought it would be sweet to setup Duo for my ssh connection at home so went to setup a Free account for personal use but got this error stating “Unable to complete signup”. Any idea what’s up with this?

Your best bet here is to contact Duo Support and work with them, as there could be a few different things going on here. The device and phone number shouldn’t be the problem though – you can read a past convo on using the same phone for multiple accounts here. An email address can only be associated with one Duo admin account though, so if you are using the same email to sign up, try using a different one instead.
