Short and to the point, does Duo SSO pass groups as claims?

Yes, you can pass groups as claims with a Generic SSO application with “Role attributes”.

Thank you Kristina, main reason we are asking is we have some nested groups that are based of roles in departments.

Active Directory:
Security Group > Nest Group that is based off of a Role in a department.
