Duo Mobile for Android version 3.38.0 released

Tax information fields added to Payment Info page in Duo Admin Panel
- Duo customers who pay by credit card and who are based outside the U.S. will now be prompted to enter their VAT (value-added tax) number on the Payment Info page in a new section called Tax Information.
- U.S.-based customers will not be asked to enter a VAT number. Customers in countries that support the VAT but do not have a VAT number will be able to note that fact in the available fields.

Duo Admin API activate endpoint deprecated; use activations endpoint instead
- The Duo Admin API endpoint
/admin/v1/admins/activate has been deprecated. Use /admin/v1/admins/activations instead to create a link to an activation form for a new administrator.
Delete option added to UI for modifying username aliases in the Admin Panel
- A delete button has been added in the Username Aliases section of a User details page or a Directory Sync configuration page to make it easier to remove individual aliases.
Bug fixes
- The Administrator Actions log will now record when a Duo administrator will be prompted to change their password at next login.
- The label on the password reset field used by Duo administrators has been updated to “Confirm new password” for consistency across the product.
