I know that Duo’s RDGateway Application breaks any CAP/RAP policies, but has anyone experienced the RDGateway Manager Tool being inaccessible? When trying to click into the tool to view information it freezes up and won’t load. It takes a server reboot to resolve the issue.
I have noticed this as well. We are running the latest available version of “Duo Authentication for Remote Desktop Gateway” on Server 2012 R2.
It happens randomly and a reboot fixes it.
We are running Server 2019 and it happens very often. Would love for Cisco to offer a fix for this.
