Duo Office 365 Conditional Access

Hi everyone,

I’ve a problem with the integration between O365 (Conditional Access) and DUO, i followed the steps of the documentation, but i had a problem with the users who after a few hours later report problems with access from de apps (outlook pc-smartphone), even a user was block sometime.

do you have any advice to check?

There could be a lot of things going on here… Without seeing your configuration details or logs, it is hard to tell what the issue could be (and by the way, PLEASE don’t share those things on the public forum here). I recommend opening a case with the Duo Support team for help with this. We have a post with more info on how to contact support as well. They can troubleshoot this with you further!
