Duo - mixing personal with business

I use Duo Free and now my employer is rolling out Duo for company VPN access. What are the potential gotchas of mixing personal use with business use?

There really shouldn’t be any. Your personal and business accounts will both show up on your Duo Mobile app account list (assuming you use Duo Mobile to complete 2FA for both of them) but that’s about it.

If you do use Duo Push notifications to complete 2FA, just always make sure you read the contextual information contained on the push notification to make sure you’re logging into the correct app and that the login is legitimate.

Shouldn’t be any problems at all. I have personal accounts as well as work / client accounts in my DUO App with no issues.

Only thing I would recommend is re-ordering the accounts to your preference from most-used at the top to less-used toward the bottom.
