Duo API - Postman 40103 error

Have been trying to check a few Duo Auth API features through Postman. Unable to get responses. Shows 40103 error. Tried encoding signature as on document no change…Tried contacting Duo Support always on queue…Anyone worked with Auth API and postman please respond

How are you having Postman do the encoding? I don’t think Postman is able to create the header we need on its own, so you need a pre-request script to do the encoding for you when you send the request. Another community member posted an example script here: Preauth API failing but check and ping are good
