Dears , is that available to enable device health application in the policy applied on Microsoft RDP protected application, and which protected application can apply on it device health policy

If you are asking if Duo Device Health can extend device posture checks or trusted endpoint assessments to clients with Duo Authentication for Windows Logon the answer is no.

Duo Device Health posture and trust checks only occur with applications that feature the browser-based Duo traditional or Universal Prompt, and not with any Duo solution that protects local logons i.e. Duo for Windows Logon, Duo for macOS, or Duo Unix.
