This looks to be exactly what I am looking for, but is this only intended for users of Google’s G Suite?
Can this be deployed outside of the G Suite environment, or customized to work outside?

The CRXcavator tool analyzes extensions regardless of whether or not your organization uses Google in any enterprise capacity. The extensions are specific to the Chrome browser through. Does that help answer your question?
