Hello everyone! Here are the release notes for our most recent updates to Duo.

Public release notes are published on the Customer Community every other Friday, the day after the D-release is completely rolled out. New features, enhancements, and other improvements

Now in General Availability: Protect Duo Admin Panel access with passkeys (WebAuthn) for authentication

Duo Admin Panel updates

  • The Device Insight page now breaks out Edge and Edge Chromium in the Devices with out of date browsers section.

  • Duo administrators will receive a warning when attempting to delete the only authentication device enrolled for a user.

Risk-Based Authentication: More information added to the Trust Assessment column

  • For Duo Access and Beyond customers who have applied risk-based policies, the Authentication Log provides more detail in the Trust Assessment column when trust is not applicable (N/A) to explain why (e.g., indicates user is newly enrolled or unenrolled).

Duo Admin API: new endpoint added

  • We’ve introduced a new log in the Administrator Actions report in the Duo Admin Platform so you can see when application secret keys were accessed by the Duo Admin API on the /v1/integrations endpoint.

Duo End User Guide now available in Portuguese (Portugal)

  • Our guide for end users is now available in Portuguese (Portugal) on browsers with that language setting configured. You can also use our pop-up menu to access all available languages.
