I’m unable to start the service.
I saw this post, but I already have the startup type set to ‘Automatic (Delayed Start)’, but then when I click on Start, I keep getting the same popup.
So the service is not running
Hi @tantony, I recommend reaching out to the Duo Support team for further help troubleshooting this issue. They can take a look at your logs and configuration and tell you exactly what’s going on here.
