You can accomplish this with one account and Admin Panel, from which you can administer users, groups, and applications for different lab and production needs. You should also look into our Administrative Units feature if you only want certain administrators to have access to a sub-set of user groups or applications.
If those options are not sufficient and you need to separate the accounts for some reason such as for billing or security purposes, please reach out to Duo support or your account representative, as they can help find the best solution for you! It’s technically possible to administer multiple paying accounts from a single set of admin credentials, but that requires some additional options.
