The Apple Watch app seems to have stopped working. When I tap on a selection nothing happened. I uninstalled the watch app and reinstalled and now it says I have no accounts. Opening Duo on my iPhone doesn’t seem to do anything. Any advice?
Hi @Jamesbailey, are you still encountering this issue? When you uninstall and then reinstall the Apple Watch app, your accounts should still be there. It may take a second or two to sync over from your iPhone after reinstalling, however. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing this, and I’ll work with the mobile team to help you further!
