Alternative authentication phone number

Hello All,

I attached a second phone number to a user account. When attempts to connect through RDP, the option to switch to the second number is greyed out. Alternative authentication methods are greyed as well.

Do you have Duo for Windows Logon configured to send a push request automatically (it’s the installation default)? If so, you need to cancel the push request that was sent automatically to be able to select a different device.
