Account Error: NSURLErrorDomain -999

After the latest iOS app update for Duo Mobile, I am receiving the following error when attempting to respond to a push when connected via WiFi:

NSURLErrorDomain -999

If I switch to cellular only the error goes away.

Duo Mobile iOS app version: 3.44.3
iPhone 8
iOS 14.3

Suggestions on a solution (other than turning off WiFi)?

I have 2 clients receiving the same error, but they are on Turning off WiFi has helped them as well. thank you for your post!
