Accessibility status

Hello. Accessibility has become an important issue here at NYU. I recently
inquired with Duo support on this topic, especially as a year ago Duo posted
that work was underway toward WCAG 2.0 compliance.

Support indicated that the Duo admin panel was fully compatible, but there
was no recent news with respect, e.g., to the Duo prompt (likely the most
important component, I would think.)

Could I get any more information on plans for the Duo prompt and the
manage devices interface to be fully WCAG 2.0 compliance.

Support is going to reach back out to you to review some of the accessibility changes we’ve made, and clear up some confusion about what is and isn’t fully WCAG compliant yet.
