Access to to review and submit cases


Customers need to be able to submit and review tech support cases online.
Email method does not really work well.

We’re actually in the process of beta testing this feature now with a small group of customers. Beta enrollment is closed and we’re hitting the final stretch of development work. Look for a public option to do this soon in the near future. Thanks!
