Access gateway time sync error logging

When an access gateway server’s time is out of sync there is an error displayed on the client machine “Access denied. The server’s time may be out of sync.”

Is this login failure type logged anywhere? Are time sync errors logged? I enabled verbose logging, but don’t see this logged.

Welcome to the Duo Community, and thanks for asking your question here! This type of error will typically only display on the Duo Prompt/login page. Since the time falling out of sync is usually due to not being able to catalog the logging properly due to timestamp ordering, it isn’t able to log the event properly.
