Hyperflex installer 2.1(1c) failed at cluster creation

 HX data platform 2.1(1c) failed at cluster creation with the following error. I see the cluster created in vCenter. any help is appreciated. 

Failure occurred during 'Cluster Creation' process: Some(VI SDK invoke exception:; nested exception is: java.io.IOException: Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns "HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request")

Please confirm that port 80 and 90 are open and vcenter http is listening to port 90.

Also, make sure you are logging in with vcenter credentials and not root.
